• Led a staff team keeping 300 cadets and staff briefed, safe, and hydrated.
• Designed and implemented safety measures including briefings, inspections, and monitoring.
• Evaluated to standards with a gronculator.

National Cadet Competition: 2024

• Competed in a team which received second place at Wing competition and competed at Region competition.
• Earned the Fleet Foot Award at Wing and received the highest score in the written test at Region.

• Attentively monitored swimmers to identify distress.
• Responded to emergency situations in a timely, efficient manner.
• Earned Water Safety Instructor certification.
• Monitored safety of guests in and around swimming pool.
• Observed weather and water conditions and alerted visitors to potential dangers, storms, and rip currents.
