My job responsibilities are to perform case reviews and healthcare insurance reviews and to observe and ensure medical necessity for Observation and Inpatient levels of care.

My job responsibilities include assessments of patient and families to determine hospice needs to include physical, emotional and spiritual aspects, educating patients and families about end-of-life care and working closely w attending physician and other team members to develop and carry out pain and symptom management.

My job responsibilities as school nurse included dispensing medications, first aid assessment and treatment, coordinating wellness and immunization records, filing for Medicaid reimbursement, computer data entry for student office visits and publication of quarterly school newspaper.

My job responsibilities included: assessment of patients, administering medications including IV pushes, planning, reassessing and implementing patient care activities as ordered by physician. Types of patients included in the Medical Surgical Unit were geriatric, pediatric, post-partum and well-baby nursery.

My job responsibilities included educating patients and family about disease process, medications and skills needed to maintain patient's health at home. My responsibilities also included dressing changes, assessments and venipuncture for needed blood tests.

Quality Assurance was my primary responsibility at this facility. I also filled in as a floor nurse as needed.

With the assistance of dialysis technicians, I performed hemodialysis on many patients. Assessments, venipuncture, administering medications and monitoring during dialysis were included in this process.
