- RN PACU/Day surgery then transitioned to RN Block Suite/Endo/ Pre-admission testing in hospital. Transferred within system to Southeastern Spine Institute Block Suite.
- I assumed the role of Clinical Director for approximately 9 years for Southeastern Spine institute ASC. During this time we saw great growth ultimately opening a new ASC to incorporate 2 surgical Suites with a much larger patient volume and surgical offerings. I was responsible for all aspects of care/staffing during this time as well as planning/equipment purchase/ transition to new facility.
- Last year I stepped down as the clinical director and assumed an RN/charge nurse role in order to spend more time with my family.
