• Serve as a key member of the Drilling Center of Excellence in Greenville, South Carolina, driving reduced-risk manufacturing processes and ensuring execution excellence. Support and integrate critical enablers for F-16 production to lower HPU, SRR, and span time while enhancing overall workflow efficiency. Develop and standardize work approaches, ensuring consistent processes across the F-16 platform. Conduct product and process surveillance, create risk-mitigation plans, and provide training and coaching to enable successful implementation of new procedures. Perform additional duties as needed to strengthen process flow. Implement advanced drilling strategies focused on quality and producibility, achieving the lowest feasible cost-per-hole across operations.

Supervise Tooling Services personnel—including Inventory Controllers, Tool Repair technicians, and Attendants—to ensure consistent adherence to process standards, inventory integrity, scheduling requirements, KPIs, and established tooling management standards such as calibration compliance, asset traceability requirements, and configuration control protocols. Directly accountable for managing more than 22,000 tracked assets worldwide. Lead the implementation and oversight of tooling logistics processes encompassing order management, inventory control, warehousing, and transportation. Effectively manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, applying strategic problem-solving, creative thinking, and strong negotiation skills to keep each initiative on schedule. Coordinate diverse assignments involving the setup, inspection, and allocation of tooling in direct support of the F-16 production line, as well as F-16 depot operations, CFT activities, and C-130 sustainment.

Diagnosed inoperative tooling and coordinated the procurement of required repair parts. Performed mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic repairs on tooling used in Boeing 787 vertical tail, and horizontal stabilizer production. Collaborated with vendors to accurately source components and specialty tooling to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

Serviced and overhauled Seti-Tec drill motors, including calibration, diagnostics, and full rebuilds, ensuring the production line maintained the necessary operational inventory. Established and managed a preventative maintenance schedule for drill motors to reduce downtime and extend tool life. As the Parts Focal for the tool crib, I oversaw tool diagnostics, part allocation, and the repair workflow for all inoperable tooling used in aircraft manufacturing. Additionally, I established a structured Preventative Maintenance program to standardize service intervals and improve overall tooling reliability.

Led structural repair and precision drilling operations for the F-35 platform, restoring all non-conforming holes using engineer-approved processes. Drilled over 70,000 holes with zero QA discrepancies, maintaining strict centerline tolerances through facsimile-based potting techniques. Performed depot-level evaluation and maintenance on F-35 aircraft, working directly with the U.S. The Air Force will ensure compliance with military regulations, F-35 procedures, and customer expectations.

Independently interpreted and applied technical data—including regulated reports and TCTO directives—to establish compliant safety and maintenance procedures. Utilized the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) to identify required actions and support accurate maintenance decisions.

Managed multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, using technical expertise, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to meet deadlines. Conducted all arrival services to include, meeting transient aircraft upon arrival in "Follow Me" vehicle, operated support equipment, checked for hot breaks and reported suspected hot brakes to MOCC, installed nose and/or main landing gear locks and pins, installed egress and safing pins as requested, inserted wheel chocks, statically grounded all aircraft, towed, positioned, connected and operated AGE equipment. Processing services included, checking and servicing of aircraft engine oil. Operated, checked, and serviced liquid or gaseous oxygen, nitrogen, hydraulics, fuel, and oil systems. Coordinated with petroleum, oil and lubricants, for fuel delivery, fuel certified on more than 20 military and civilian aircraft. Collaborated with co-workers and military counterparts to fill needs such as, emergency red balls, and inflight emergencies. Performed walk-around inspection of aircraft, secured/bed-down aircraft that remain overnight, assigned flight crew overnight billeting and coordinated all departure times.

Held responsibility for evaluating and maintaining a fleet of F-22A aircraft valued at approximately $160 million, ensuring mission-critical readiness.
