- Started out digging holes and building silt fences, making sure up to 7 jobsites were clean at all times while keeping a schedule of when things will pile up. Worked my way up to assistant superintendent where I was meeting with homeowners, still maintaining jobsites, doing point sheets for things each site needs, such as putting in garage doors, window frames that needed to be re-ordered and put in. Installing porch ceilings, building privacy fences, reading blueprints and making measurements to lay down electrical conduit and installing before a slab pour. Going to material suppliers with what my crews need and bringing materials to jobsites with a trailer. Pretty much anything my foreman needed done by someone he trusted I was his guy.
