Summary

As a life-long resident of the Upstate, my nursing journey began at the University of South Carolina- Spartanburg where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. During my 20-years of nursing experience I filled several vital roles in a variety of settings. I have served as a neurological critical care nurse, clinical research nurse, nurse navigator, and perioperative nurse at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. In the outpatient setting, I served as an infusion nurse, research coordinator, multiple sclerosis certified nurse, and a patient education facilitator for numerous pharmaceutical companies.

Earning an advanced degree from Spring Arbor University has afforded me the opportunity to become a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Although I specialize in neurology, I am passionate about providing excellent patient care in a holistic manner to all types of patients. I am honored to help patients and families overcome their fears through education, empathy, and support.
