Tasked with solving industry problems regarding ergonomics and factory workflow. Use a FANUC bot to remove requirement of an operator whose day to day involve lifting and twisting to keep production line flowing. Involved integrating FANUC programming with PLC programming, handshaking the two, as well as integrating an industry computer vision system. This included weekly reports on team progress, as well as consistent meetings with Michelin to update the project leads on any new developments.
