This has developed me to be a team player with multiple crews from various companies and bringing them all together for the same goal and purpose. I have built multi million dollar jobs without injuries or accidents, within budget, and have always made deadlines. The most recent project was the energization of Scout Motors, where we installed 50 structures with some being as tall as 145' above ground level and stringing 30 miles of conductor with a 6 month deadline.
