- I am interested in being supervisor of shipping because I truly believe I would be a very good leader for our guys in the warehouse. I have been at CeeUs for almost 9 years now and I have gained great knowledge of our material and the idea of 2nd mile service we strive to give our customers and each other.

- I believe this is a good role for me because outside of Kellen and Matt I have the most experience in the warehouse and have a proven track record of errorless work. I have a good relationship with all of the guys in the warehouse and they look to me as the veteran of our team. I truly feel they have a lot of respect towards me.

- One problem I see with shipping is the lack of communication and advanced notice we get sometimes with people entering orders for our coops. For the most part we have a set schedule for our truck routes and where they will be going every day of the week. I will get our salesmen to relay to the customer what days they will be getting their shipment and that they need to have all orders to us no later than noon on the day prior to delivery.

- Another problem with shipping and pulling the orders I see is that too many items are being put on the rack on mixed pallets. It is nearly impossible to find an item if it is on a mixed pallet and not in the location we have in our system. I will work with our receiving guys to make sure pallets that are mixed will be separate by item and put in the correct bin location.

- Another problem I see in the warehouse is the lack of desks for material handlers to sit at and keep everything needed to write up bills and fill out paperwork. I will work with whoever I need to to get some desks set up for us.
