Lead a team of five, assisting with setting up, running, and breaking down events across the Russell House Student Union and ancillary facilities. Work directly with clients, student organizations, and university departments to ensure events run smoothly, and needs are met. Experienced in event coordination, communication, delegation, problem-solving, and team leading in a fast-paced environment.

Monitored pool areas to ensure safety of all swimmers and maintained a clean, organized environment. Responded quickly to emergencies, and enforced safety rules with professionalism. Gained experience in communication, teamwork, and crisis management while upholding CPR and First Aid certification standards.

Assisted members with day-to-day banking needs, including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings. Gained hands-on experience with customer service, financial transactions, and account management. Worked at both the on-campus branch during school lunch shifts, and the main branch on non-school days, maintaining consistent reliability and attention to detail.
