I spent the first 5 years of my career at BMW on B shift as a Logistics PA in Hall 30 Body Shop. I am currently the Press Shop Logistics Proxy Process Lead on A shift. In the 2 years I have been in the role, I have been involved in many process improvement and efficiency projects. I have successfully managed daily scheduling, ensured production readiness, and gained experience in problem solving, leadership, and and process improvement strategies.

  • Ensure production readiness by documenting headcount, radios, scanners, and forklifts daily
  • Perform confirmations of each process to ensure proper processes are being followed, as well as look for any safety concerns or waste within the process
  • Support associates in their processes and problem solve any issues
  • Collaborate with Press Shop PLs to correct any process or quality issues
  • Communicate any pertinent information with the following shift to allow a smooth transition
