I take calls and help college students enroll into school, as a customer service advisor. I resolve issues in one call. And communicate in a timely and professional manner. I document information in a web based ticketing system. I search and navigate the knowledge base to find the appropriate solutions to client issues. I escalate unique issues or inaccurate information in the knowledge base to their supervisor. I follow a specified call flow to be efficient and effective. And lastly I project a positive image of the company to promote its goals and objectives.
