Before that, started Blush a "Glamour on the Go" company that was successful for ten years before expanding it into a 12-chair salon and rebranding to talem Salon in 2017. Well-versed in training, educating, motivating, and supporting staff members as well as creating innovative systems for success. Eager to become an educator for a company named Surface Hair, would then go on to educate for them for 5 years. Then decided to expand talem salon by creating an internal sustainability program that expanded beyond recycling salon waste.

Grew up with parents who would recycle anything and everything. It was back in the day when can crushing was a chore and taking it to the scrap metal recycling plant was the procedure. Started a recycling program for Encounters Salon and Day Spa consisting of collecting recyclables such as cardboard, paper, and paperboard and dropping the materials off at a recycling center. Eventually teamed up with Green Circle and stayed with them until talem ssalon sold in the 2nd quarter of 2023.

Seek to maintain a remote, full-time position that offers the creativity to continue to unite sustainable companies with salons for further positive environmental influence and action. Willing to do some traveling, with increased traveling in the future.
