- Maintain data records to include students attendance and how often students grades K-5 receive lessons from the Too Good for Drugs and Violence prevention education curriculum.
- Input current data into a data tracking system once a month to ensure compliance, support timely-decision making, and to track and monitor key performance indicators.
- Work collaboratively with the Principal at Clinton Elementary school and the Site Coordinator for Communities in Schools, to identify students who have been caught with vapes at Clinton Elementary school to meet with these students one on one, and educate them on the dangers of substance use.
- Work collaboratively with the Family liaison at Lancaster Promise Neighborhood to promote marketing efforts by disseminating information about upcoming community events that students and their families can participate in.
- Identify and refer students who demonstrate the need for resources that Lancaster Promise Neighborhood offers such as free after school care and intervention provided by success coaches and Read Right specialists.
- Identify and refer students and their families who demonstrate the need for services provided by partnering organizations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partnering organizations by actively participating in community events hosted by Lancaster Promise Neighborhood and other partnering organizations.
