B&K Services provides Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning for the State of North Carolina and South Carolina. My Roles and mission for the company:

• To ensure while I'm on every job site that im using proper PPE and taking proper safety measures.
• Traveling to 2-3 customers daily.
• Enhanced system efficiency by conducting thorough diagnostic tests and identifying any equipment issues on all Start-ups.
• Selling maintenance agreements to new/existing customers and to also gain a 5 start review at the end of every job.
• Registering customers equipment in our data base and there warranty's threw the dealer.
• To make sure my vehicle is kept stocked, clean, and locked at the beginning and end of every day.
