  • While at Superior I built a service department from scratch. I had a team of four service technicians and provided them training (field and office), tools, and truck setups. I communicated with and managed a long list of customer contacts that I had previously built a reputation with - from my own company. I managed service tickets in a priority/deadline system and assigned the appropriate technicians. I followed up with customers to ensure a high satisfaction rate. These strategies allowed us to grow quickly into the first truly profitable service department in the region.
