I coordinate, manage, plan and direct all USDA requirements for food purchases, food preparation, Menus, recipes and documentation for monthly reinbursement and reports to Shaw AFB Youth Center, Child Development Center and Family Child Care Homes. I facilitate all training to staff and providers in USDA guidelines on operation and reimbursement for menus and food purchases. I am accountable to the State of South Carolina Child Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) for the complete operation of the USDA program on Shaw Air Force Base, in South Carolina. I am required by the State of South Carolina to attend year training and seminars in USDA requirements and stay updated during the year with monthly meetings with State USDA teams and local providers.
