Through my employment I have been incorporating a safety-first mindset, while also striving and achieving production and compliance requirements set in place by leadership and the FAA. I have been in numerous roles with The Boeing Company as a Manufacturing Mechanical Technician, Manufacturing Team Leader, Customer Quality Facilitator and Customer Relations Advisor. Through my experiences I have gained knowledge and skills ;including but not limited to : assembly and manufacturing capabilities, following precise and detailed instructions, troubleshooting and critical problem solving, production and quality control responsibilities, working with a hazard free / safety first mindset, communicating with teammates and associates of other departments commonly collab orating towards a common or company goal, open discussions with product customers and teammat4es to.
