  • Program Manager over a portfolio of multiple Army contracts which have included GFEBS sustainment training support at the US Army Finance & Comptroller School and logistics & human resources support to the US Army Chaplain Center and School, both at Fort Jackson, SC; Engagement Skills Trainer operators at the Maneuver Center of Excellence at Fort Benning, GA; and Petroleum & Water Operations training support at the Quartermaster School, Fort Lee, VA. Authored the winning Technical Proposal for all these contracts which generated approximately $9.65M in revenue. Since February 2014, served as the Program Manager for the Army GFEBS Contract at the US Army Finance & Comptroller School. In this role, leader of a team providing Classroom Instruction, Training Development, and Systems Administration for GFEBS, the Army’s Financial Management enterprise business system, and the GFEBS training platform, as well as Business Analytics training development and delivery. As President, launched several initiatives that grew membership by 8.3% and Life Memberships by 11%, as well as increasing revenue through these memberships and rental income of CAA properties. Created the CAA Legacy Scholarship Program, funded by a Quasi Endowment which provides thirty-two $5,000 scholarships for children of CAA members to attend The Citadel. Created The Citadel Network Committee, which partnered with “CareerShift” to help alumni leaving the military or changing careers to find new opportunities for employment. Increased CAA giving to The Citadel’s general fund by 18.9%, providing $354,000 annually, as well as an additional $440,000 annually to fund ROTC “Service to Country” and need based Scholarships. Through the CAA Ring Committee and Palmetto Ring Fund, provided 13 Cadets who could not afford to purchase their earned Citadel Ring with the financial assistance to see that they walked across the stage with their classmates and received their Ring.
