- As General Manager, I have overseen growth of 50% in my seven-year tenure. We have managed to not only maintain but continued to grow the sales volumes even though delivery time frames increased from 6 weeks to 14 months and retail traffic decreased by over 30%. I hired and trained all staff members. In 2021, all eligible staff members were awarded La-Z-Boy's prestigious Pinnacle Award. One of my proudest accomplishments is that we increased our online review ratings and customer experiences, while handling complaints through supply chain shortages, frequent delays, product cancellations, order drops, employment shortages, and record price increases. Throughout all of the negative, the staff maintained a positive outlook and increased not only total revenue but also profit margin. I believe in a hero-making servant leadership management style. Currently I am the Manager of the year for the #1 independent La-Z-Boy franchisee in North America

- Started as an F and I manager. Taught myself through help from Ford credit classes. I started the Business Development Center while operating Finance office. Trained replacement for internet sales and beached into and created Fleet department. Move into a role as asst general managing all holdback and advertising and promotional budgets while still running finance department. Trained the owners son to take over finance department as I stepped into the general managers role. Owner became unable to run day to day operations and family was not thrilled when some of his business practices started to become public. Offered buyout to transfer away from 14 yr stability. Owners son took control of dealership. Sold with in 6 months of departure.
