I chose this hotel because we need extra space when traveling with our teens. Walking in, we were greeted by Denise (I think that was her name). She was friendly and helpful with check in. Our room was immaculate. The card in the room said that it was cleaned by Kandyce. I'm hard to impress with hotel cleanliness but I felt comfortable with how clean everything was. This morning at breakfast, Nikita was the friendliest server I have encountered! She was genuine and made sure everyone had what they needed. The lobby was very clean and comfortable. At checkout, I spoke with Irena. She was gracious and kind. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. The location was great but even better was the outstanding customer service. Thank you for making our brief stay amazing!

I asked her about a hot plate, and she said recently, they have been taken, but she looked in the back and actually found one, she said that this is the only 1 she had I told her, I don't need 1 this day because it's short-term I will be returning November 3rd and that it'll be a long-term stay, could she make sure that I had she said she would the 1 she had, she would make sure that it is connected to my room to make sure that I had a hot plate I want to thank Denise, I am a long-term Hilton member and Though I get excellent customer service where Denise needs to be recognized. Thank you Denise.
