  • My main role is to Oversee day-to-day team operation and performance (Offering guidance and support to other employees as and when required) this is done by Creating a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere, Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
  • Training new employees that are hired is apart of my role,During this process I make sure that they not only understand the role they are going into but that they are confident with their daily responsibility before they start the job.
  • A typical day consists of me liaising with different companies that have accounts set up with us to make sure all their needs are met i.e sending clients paperwork in needed for testing, setting up drug tests and sending results to clients.
  • I am in charge of setting up accounts with new companies which includes sending them a proposal and company set up form and going over types of testing they require to fit their toxicology needs and requirements.
  • I administer drug tests such as DOT BAT/Urine test, drug screen hair tests, state testing, I also do background Finger prints for various jobs including TD bank, immigration and FBI checks, Also, Peth test and DNA testing.
  • I Answer all toxicology phone calls such as inquiries and questions donors might have about setting up appointments or test results.
  • If there is an issue I help to deescalate the problem and solve it in a quick and professional manner.
  • Inventory (using an inventory check list and order form) Ordering supplies, collection cups, chain of custodies etc.) is done on a weekly basis.
  • I have many tasks on a daily basis and I work very efficiently to make sure they are met in a timely and professional manner.

  • At Rackroom shoes I quickly went from being a sales associate to becoming a team lead.
  • My duties are primarily were to make sure customers and employees were safe, providing service training and leadership to all employees, Handling sales transactions on the register, refunds, loss prevention and scheduling.
  • My duties included being in charge of opening and closing shifts, Assisting customers with returns and exchanges, and managing customer issues and concerns with urgency making sure they are satisfied.
  • At the end of shifts I counted the drawers and at the opening of shifts I made cash deposits to the bank,I replenished stock, shipped shoes to different stores and I changed sets (including windows and signage) for each season.
