My role consisted of selling internet, cable, home phone and mobile services to new and existing customers. I would also assist with any minor technical issues and billing related inquiries as well. In this field I have learned how to build rapport and ask discovery questions to find the products that best meet the customers needs while also meeting my sales quota monthly.

• My role consisted of confirming accuracy of criminal records reported on applicants' background reports, verifying applicant personal information such as Social Security Number, National Sex Offender Registry, Prohibited Parties, GSECs, Motor Vehicles Reports and Credit Checks. As a Public Records Researcher you are also given access to the company credit card and must log all transactions made to verify applicant information on vendor websites. I also assisted with training and verifying the work of new team members to ensure they understand the products they will be working on going forward.

• My duties with the company consist of assisting applicants with issues they may have with their background report including assistance with Motor Vehicle Reports and Department of Health and Services reports. I have also assisted with verifying applicants' previous job experiences and previous education such as college degrees, High School diplomas and certificates which require knowledge in using various systems and data entry skills to meet company goals.

• As a Customer Service Representative my duties and goals were to make premium payments for members of united health care. Inform health Insurance members of coinsurance and copays for procedures. I also assist members with receiving Part D prescription drugs, update methods of payment and assist with scheduling preventive services.

• As a Warehouse Associate, I would sort orders to be packaged for delivery. I would also assist with the packaging and quality of orders fulfilled to ensure customers receive their correct packages without any issue. This job taught me the value of hard work and how important quality assurance is when operating as a huge online retailer such as amazon.

• My time working for Find Great People I was a temporary hire to work with a health insurance company called Absolute Total Care. My duties included answering incoming calls for Medicare and Medicaid Members. I also assisted members with general benefits, eligibility, Primary care physicians, authorizations, appeals, grievances, claims and case management inquiries. Other important roles include mailing Medicaid and Medicare cards out to members and assisting members with transportation to their doctors' appointments.
