- I was promoted from being a project manager to our window and door install manager.

-My current role is overseeing all of the project managers that work in our install office and ensuring we provide the best quality install across the market.

- I run all of the custom home installations across our Western Carolinas market and run our custom home framing projects as well.

• I currently oversee all of the track and market homes windows and doors that we supply.
• My scope of work consists of a high level of management due to the volume of work that is under me, coordination and scheduling, going out in the field to walk houses and ensure they're correct before scheduling install, and overall providing the best work and service that is possible for the satisfaction of the builder and customer.

• I was on a crew that did rough ins and trim outs on custom homes and new construction.
• I was able to experience everything from roughing in a house during mechanicals all the way to final punch on a closing home

-I worked as a laborer during the summer and weekends throughout high school learning about different trades and getting to experience hands on work across many different trades.
