I have almost two years of experience in the janitorial field, with nine months experiece as a supervisor. I was an effective and efficient supervisor with my crew. My ability to delegate tasks ensured that my crew and I could completely the daily tasks without trouble. I was able to identify people's strongest abilities and assign them to the tasks at hand. I believed in helping my crew to set an example and help complete tasks in a timely manner. As an apprentice electrician, I changed light fixtures, converted existing fixtures to LED, and helped to maintain the fire alarm system on campus.
