- As a nuclear instructor I requalified both EWS and Engineering Duty Petty officer on a separate nuclear plant and separate platform.
- I trained thousands of students on topics such as: nuclear theory, electrical theory, operations of electrical equipment to include (AC/DC motors and generators, circuit breakers, transformers, and other various power generation equipment), nuclear integrated plant operations, and preventative/corrective maintenance techniques.
- I performed on-watch training, gave small group seminars, large classroom lectures, training events/exercises, exams, sat as a chairman for final oral boards and more.
- Currently I am the Leading Petty officer of exam division where I oversee all operations regarding exams at NPTU
- At this position I ensure there is adherence to exam security procedures, I coordinate and schedule all exam sessions, I print and perform all admin for every exam, and I ensure 100 percent of accountability of exams as they are transferred around site.
