- Regularly review PO requests from CMs and Customer Care to verify the issue is the result of a plan error, not a field error. My goal is to improve our HPR spend as this budget has exploded in prior years because of lack of distinction by CMs
- Numerous field visits to walk new construction and as well as meet with CMs to properly identify the building issue, record the problem, and determine the best solution for correcting the issue not fixing each on a case-by-case basis
- Communicate with the Marketing Dept. regularly to be aware of their upcoming deadlines and prioritize the timeline for receiving those renderings when rolling out new communities
- Manage the plan revision log to ensure plan errors are brought to Zones attention via Workflow and communicate with CMs regarding plan errors or inconsistencies to be revised in-house on Local plans
- Primary contact for all concerns in the East Carolina Communities while we continue to support that division. Responsibilities vary from running plans each day, maintaining the master sets for several communities that offer Local plans, as well as communicating with the construction team when issues arise in the field
- Familiar with structural design and truss drawings. When issues arise with the Construction or Customer Care teams I can review the drawings, discuss their concerns, and work with the appropriate vendors to resolve the issue
