  • Finished 2nd in the US for Foot & Ankle growth for Acumed in 2020 (first full year in a senior role) & was one of the top 30 reps in the US during a tough year with Covid.
  • Mentored junior sales representatives, providing training on effective sales techniques and product knowledge. Have hired multiple associate reps who have gone on to senior level jobs respectively using experience they gathered working under my leadership.
  • $1,000,000 + in sales each year in senior level role hitting quota each year.
  • Developed and implemented strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand client base.
  • Consistently convert surgeons to ExsoMed's metacarpal nail. Nearly everyhand surgeon in a 2 hour radius of Columbia, SC has tried the nail. With the majority fully converting for all metacarpal fractures.
  • Do luncheons weekly with surgeons showing products & sell daily. Understanding completely that the key to sales is growing the territory and growing the business.
