Volunteered to help with reciprocating engine swap on engine running stand after school hours. For experience on various aircraft systems. Along with going through engine maintenance manuals for removal and installation.

Disassembled past engine and inspected along with performing dimensional checks and crankshaft runout check. this was in order to trace the point of failure of the old engine.

• Supervised team members to ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
• Coordinated shift schedules to optimize staff coverage and operational efficiency.
• Trained new employees on equipment usage and company policies to enhance productivity.
• Monitored inventory levels, facilitating timely restocking of supplies and materials.
• Maintained a hygienic work environment, and advised managers on ways to improve customer experience.
• Advised managers on how too improve productivity, through incentives and rewards for employees.
