Summary
I started ZF as a temp in January 2021 in 8HP Final Test rolled over went to 1st not long after to work on the final assembly line from there I choose I wanted to grow more in the plant applied for teamlead in 8HP Final Test took the position around end of 2022 early 2023. Work in 8HP slowed down drastically at this time I was transferred to 9HP final assembly where it was a learning curve however, I picked up on the area quickly adn was ready to grow even more. New area EJ line was starting up I applied for it got the position traveled to Germany for 3 months to train on new product coming to ZF it was a great exerience and I learned a lot along the way. Decided to become a Supervisor in this area worked with quality team a lot and logistics along with the project launch team. The area didn't last long so I was transferred to 3rd shift Transfer Gear in machining where I enhanced a whole new learning curve.
