- I worked in the Field Ops group, formerly S&C, for approximately 23 years. While in the group I covered various jobs, filled in as lead tech during online and outage periods. Since 2006 I have filled the role of online coordinator for the RP team. During RFO I also assume the role of temporary supervisor providing oversight for the Aux & Turb building RP teams,

- I currently review online schedules and make recommendations and identify corrections of the schedule to the work control organization My schedule review ensure work is performed in the plant during times that dose rates will not create additional or unnecessary dose to the workers such as 1) Ensure work that is scheduled in rooms affected by primary resin sluices are moved to another day 2) When radiological conditions are challenging in certain rooms in the plant, I recommend moving online work to the outage time period when dose rates will be much lower thereby dose savings are gained Also in certain High Rad rooms I ensure work is performed after rad source removal such as SF Filter change and sluice of the SF Demineralizer to lower dose rates 3) I verify the schedule work load can be supported by the RP teams and if not, I make requests to move work out of the schedule until RP can support it 4) I keep the RP organization aware of major upcoming work 5) Keep the RP organization aware of the open work order tasks assigned to the group 6) I assist and write work requests as needed 7) Upload RWP information to work order tasks 8) I am the dose advocate for the RP team
