I love to help people. I am very personable and a great listener. I love to learn new ways to help people, and reach from my knowledge of things I have learned over the years.
I love history and hearing peoples stories about their lives. I love to travel around in search of historical sites.
My dad was in the Navy for 25 years, and I was brought up with certain values, and I stand by those values of respecting everyone, and getting the job done.
I am responsible for entering patient referrals for hospice into our Home Care Home Base system. I also answer phone calls from our patients and fellow employees.
I worked third shift for AAA Washington. I was responsible for taking the original requests for service from our members, as well as dispatching emergency providers to assist. I also handled the creation and upkeep of memberships.
I worked multiple different positions for Bank of America. I started off in Customer Service. I helped customers with questions regarding their accounts. Then I moved to a fulfillment position. I processed paperwork submitted by the customer service department. For example, customer letters, fee reversals as well as the online email requests from customers. After 8 years I moved to a teller position in both Lynnwood Washington and Richmond Virginia. I moved back to Washington and processed checks that came in for deposit, before leaving Bank of America.
