- Provide additional ministry support and leadership, working alongside our pastoral staff.
- Direct, plan, and teach in various Christian Education programs within the parish, such as Confirmation, High School Sunday School, Ladies Bible Study, and Preschool Teacher Bible Studies.
- Coordinate, and direct when needed, seasonal congregational offerings, including Vacation Bible School, Holy Weekend Prayer Vigil.
- Oversee and lead Youth Group trips, as in the LCMS Youth Gatherings in 2016, 2019, 2022. Plan for and assist adult leaders in preparation of monthly Youth Group activities and events.
- Researched and implemented a switch to an online Church Directory in 2024, as we moved away from a printed paper version. Continue to manage and provide basic technical support, alongside office administrator.
- Provide administrative assistance when needed, including but not limited to prepare and print Sunday bulletins, answering telephones, assisting members with various copy/printer needs, basic maintenance demands.
- Participate in majority of church committees and boards, especially Church Council, Youth, and Christian Education.
