By God's grace the church has seen the following happen:

• Regular attendance of students has grown 25% over the past 2 and a half years
• The church celebrated 11 baptisms from student ministry this past year and 1 student expressed a calling to serve the Lord in vocational ministry
• The students are embracing opportunities to boldly live out their faith in their homes, schools, and communities
• Leaders are passionate about and fully support the vision, philosophy, and model of ministry at Coastal
• Student ministry social media has grown nearly 100%
• The ministry has built ongoing relationships with community representatives which has produced ministry opportunities such as coaching, Bible studies, and service projects

• Caste vision and co-led the planning for the official launch of the student ministry
• Facilitated Parental Information for events and built relationships with students, parents and volunteers
• Initiated and developed weekly youth gatherings with biblical teaching
• Planned the first ever Disciple-Now for the student ministry

• Taught on various Wednesday nights and youth events
• Coordinated Wednesday night youth activities (games, prayer, and administrative tasks) as well as major events (DNOW, Fall Retreat, and Guys Retreat)
• Mentored students on various topics

• Led and assisted in managing staff, students, and adult leaders
• Trained a team to run production equipment for camp worship services
• Led daily Bible studies.
