James Hester

REVEREND JAMES L. HESTER;the youngest son of Bishop J.W. Hester & Wilma J. Hester attended the public schools of Greenville SC.Being raised in the home of a preacher and evangelist,taking an active part within the church was a given "HOUSE RULE".It was at a young age that I realized my worship was different and the calling to preach the gospel was upon me,like many others I RAN,not understanding(at the time) that God was allowing me to face some adversities and test and trials in order to perfect and water the seed.

In 2004 I told God "I YIELD I YIELD" and submitted to the voice of the Lord and on January 9 2005 I stood for the first time to proclaim God's word. After that moment I have served and offered my gifts and talents(in my many different areas of ministry to include music/performing arts/outreach and evangelism).In addition to be blessed and able to assist my Pastor and my father has been a true blessing,while opening doors and enlightening knowledge to prepare me to be the best Reverend and future Pastor to where called has called me to be.

My mother once said "Son,do not lose sight of your calling nor your gift",this has stuck with me all my life and has help carried me through,along with prayer and studying daily.

My wife,Marketa A Hester who I married in 2017 is my biggest supporter and cheerleader,who loves the Lord as much as I do .

I am a son,husband,father,grandfather but most importantly I am a SERVER of God always on assignment.
