My daily role included carpentry, electrical, mechanical, painting and sheetrock installation and finishing

In my daily role, I was responsible for overseeing and coordinating operations at 16 manned workstations and 8 robotic workstations. This included managing material flow, ensuring proper maintenance of the workstations, and addressing any production issues that arose. For the first fifteen years of my career, I focused on electrical maintenance and repairs for assembly lines, overhead cranes, and robotic systems, with support from robotic engineering.

• Diagnosed and repaired electrical systems, minimizing downtime and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Conducted routine inspections of machinery to identify potential malfunctions before they occurred.
• Installed, maintained, and upgraded electrical equipment in compliance with safety standards.
• Led troubleshooting efforts for complex electrical issues, enhancing reliability of production processes.
• Reduced downtime by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing industrial electrical systems in a timely manner.
• Assisted in the maintenance and repair paint system robots with the assistance of the robotic engineer.
