I have worked in the hospitality and resort tourism industry for 20+ years. I've gained extensive knowledge through my experiences in Vacation Ownership and strive for success.
In this position, I worked lobby locations to promote awareness of this new company. I gave the ultimate guest experience while offering incentives to preview the new property upgrades for opportunity for purchase. In addition, I also made pre-arrival calls to incoming guests in hopes of booking them prior to arrival.
I worked various Hotel locations representing the company and promoting their program for Vacation Ownership. I also provided concierge services to hotel guests to make their stay more enjoyable.
In this role I managed a team of representatives training and helping them manage their goals and performance needs. I worked the lobby to make sure that all guests and owners were assisted with their needs while maintaining my own performance requirements. I was in charge of scheduling to make sure our performance standards were met and the quality our work was achieved.

My job consisted of welcoming all guests that I came in to contact with to make sure that they were having the ultimate guest experience possible. I assisted in vacation planning as to their needs. My main goal was to build a relationship with guests and book them for their owner review or sale presentation. I would follow up with guests on property by room calls through assigned leads.

I scheduled sales presentations while managing customer expectations and providing the highest level to exceed budgeted sales and volume goals. I also ensured that all owners and guests attending a sales presentation met eligibility requirements and were open to learning more or about Marriott Vacation Club products and services.
During this time, I spent a year in St John, USVI at the Westin until Hurricane Irma/Maria. I provided owners and potential owners the ultimate guest experience while focusing on booking them for sales presentations and exceeding their expectations.
I worked off-site locations and offered premiums to entice guests to attend a sales presentation to learn about vacation ownership.
