  • I continuously support the MSLs, with world class operations, and providing the tools to become world class in the market.
  • I hired 2 SCLs (Sales Center lead) and crossed trained them to be proficient in their roles and other roles as needed.
  • I provide support to the ZSL (Zone Sales Leader) in the market and always making sure we win at the shelf and perimeter coaching the front line with world class execution in the market.
