- Support End to End activities of monthly Financial close as well as the forecast 3 times per year pertaining to the Supply Chain & Logistics function of Michelin North America

- In depth analysis of Actuals and forecast for preparation of the presentation to the Region as well as the Michelin Groupe

- Rebuilt processes using data analytic tools such as Alteryx & Power BI to increase efficiency as well as to provide better insights to stakeholders

- Worked in conjunction with senior team members, task center leads/supervisors for assuring daily production and maintenance objectives are achieved
- Responsibilities include staging aircraft production/modification kits, tracking shortages, assisting in resolving constraints, generating reporting data, and coordinating across organizational lines as needed for assuring success

• Created various POWER BI Dashboards to assist with pulling and showcasing data on Inventory, Work efficiency & Logistics costs at frequency while presenting information to stakeholders for optimal plant-wide decision-making.
• Automated Reports and Data extraction with tools such as SAP, SQL, POWER BI, POWER QUERY, Alteryx, Automation Anywhere and VBA
• Created a new process for Inventory Forecasting that has proved to be +95% accurate using SAP Data with weekly monitoring of WIP, ON hand Inventory & Goods in transit
• Used SQL for logistics quality to find discrepancies between our product, the database, and what was produced
• Rebuilt Corrupt Access databases & Excel files
• Saved the plant 350K over a 3 month initiative to identify Conversion oppurtunites of product with no demand to product's with demand.
