• Oversaw Truss Design staff of 12 in main design office from 2014 forward. Company was dedicated to servicing top ten builders with a few local builders
• Checked all Design work prior to permitting stage
• Assisted & advised designers with any questions or issues
• Created logs of issues to use for training purposes and creation of procedures
• Created Project Info Sheets which captured pertinent job info prior to design
• Created design procedures as required when issues were identified
• Oversaw Scheduling dept averaging 100+ truss starts daily and created daily estimating, design, panels and labor reports & schedules for Florida divisions
• Oversaw Architectural dept for Florida & NC divisions - procured, compared and digitally stored over 5,000 plans annually - assigned estimated hours for all truss & panel estimating and design teams for both states
