- Responsible for oversight and management of collegiate esports teams across multiple games and multiple skill divisions (Valorant, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Rocket League, Overwatch).
- Leads day-to-day facility operations of collegiate esports lab and equipment including managing team schedules, workstation bookings, software troubleshooting, deploying software updates, coordinating communications between third-party vendors, STEM Esports program leadership, and student organizations and teams, while also managing the upkeep of a 25-workstation, multi-media use computer lab.
- Assists teams in managing their team calendar and coordinates communication between other schools/entities in-case of a sudden change in schedule.
- Records, stores, and disseminates film of official team matches between all stakeholders (team captains, coaches, STEM Esports Manager, marketing, social media, etc)
- Assists coaches with documentation of team and player progress including playbooks, individual player training plans, player statistics, data visualization, notes, etc.
- Coordinates documentation between the student RSO, academic STEM Esports program, and various university institutional departments.
- Acts as point-of-contact between student RSO and external entities.
- Receives and arbitrates facility/venue/event requests and serves as lead technical writer for internal event documentation.
- Ensures all products and messaging coming from both student RSO and STEM Esports program adheres to internal style guide and university policy
