Summary

In an effort to better serve the customers of the Town Of Lexington: I have worked a forty-hour work week schedule as well as an on call schedule for 23 separate weeks over a period of four and a half years. Also I have worked overnight and the weekends when major rainstorms would overwhelm the sewer system with rainwater. The extra water that makes its way into the sewer system is called Infiltration. I would work an eight-to-twelve-hour shift driving a tanker truck from one sewer lift station to another in an effort to get the sewer water level low enough the station can keep up with the flow. I would then dump the tanker at a set of manholes that were approved to use. It is the Town's responsibility to protect the health of its citizens. I have done my part to aid the citizens of the Town of Lexington in good times and in bad times. It was an opportunity that I will never forget.
