I began working once I turned 16 years old and since then I have accumulated extensive experience within the Restaurant industry, My first job as a hostess taught me the importance of always greeting customers with a smile and a positive attitude. I also learned the benefit of prioritizing a customer's satisfaction throughout their dining experience, whether it was moving their tables, answering common questions, or immediately alerting their server if the customers asked me to grab them. My second job as a food runner at Halls Chophouse taught me the importance of moving quickly and efficiently while delivering food to customers in a pleasant and orderly fashion. During my time working at Halls Chophouse, I gained a much deeper understanding of how restaurants run from the back of the house to the front of the house. Finally, my most recent job at OKU only solidified my appreciation for working in the restaurant industry. All of my past jobs have taught me so much and I look forward to gaining more experience and knowledge in my future job.
