2.Job Description&Experience:

As the head of the engineering department, planning and contract department, as well as the materials and equipment department, I am responsible for project site construction management, construction progress, commercial contracts, and various other tasks. I lead the preparation of practical construction organizational plans, construction schemes, and have dealt with over thirty contract variation and claim issues. The total amount involved in construction changes and claims exceeds 1.2 million US dollars.

1.Project Name：CONSTRUCTION OF J.P MAGUFULI BRIDGE (3200M) AND ITS ASSOCIATED APPROACH ROADS(1.66KM) LOCATED IN MWANZA,CONTRACT NO.AE/001/2018-19/HQ/W/101

2.Project Profile：The total investment of the Magufuli Bridge project in Tanzania is 320 million US dollars, making it the largest single project investment since contract issuing by the Tanzanian National Roads Agency. The project is located in the Victoria Lake area of Mwanza Province, Tanzania. Once completed, it will become the longest low-pylon cable-stayed bridge in Africa, greatly promoting economic growth in the Victoria Lake region. Since the project commenced, it has been immediately recognized as a major overseas project by China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC), receiving significant attention from CRCC. As a key livelihood project along the Belt and Road, it has been repeatedly covered by CCTV and Tanzanian National Media.

3.Job Description&Experience:

1) As a site engineer responsible for construction management as a contractor, I oversee on-site progress of construction activities and quality control, and have been responsible for management of key construction milestones. During my tenure, I have experienced the closure of the steel trestle platform in the bridge project, successful completion of the first large-diameter bored pile cap, successful construction of the first bridge abutment, smooth casting of the first large-volume main bridge pier table, successful construction of the first thin-walled hollow pier of main bridge, prefabrication and assumption of the first PSC beam, and other sub-projects. To ensure project construction progress, I have consistently stayed at the forefront of construction activities actively coordinating construction missions among various teams in accordance with construction progress requirements, ensuring strict control over the continuity of construction processes. 2）Taking into account the construction differentiation in overseas Africa regions, I participated in formulating practical construction organizational plans. I optimized construction method statements according to local suitability and presided over several technical disclosure meetings to ensure that prior to the commence of each construction activities, the plan and measures are in place, I have to made sure that standards and regulations have been provided to each site construction team. 3）To ensure project profitability, I was involved in various variation and claim processes, including revisions to the pier steel boxed cofferdam,unit price variations for steel casings, modifications to the main bridge pylon's rigidity framework, and claims related to the trestle construction. These efforts resulted in savings of a total of 37 million US dollars in direct costs and additional revenue. The project schedule was also optimized, with a minimum benefit of at least 6 months.4)I actively leverage my language skills to communicate effectively with foreign engineers and employers, coordinating on-site inspections, submitting construction plans, construction shop drawings, and claim for Interim Payment Certificates (IPC). I maintain good communication with foreign supervisors team to address on-site construction issues, proactively respond to various inquiries raised by the supervisors and employers, and efficiently communicate updates. As a result, I have received high praise and credit from foreign supervisors and project employers for my proactive and effective communication skills. 5)During my tenure, I was involved in the research and development of research topics within the group company. I successfully developed and completed construction methods, patents, quality control achievements, and authored several research papers.
