Served as Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, I managed the entire accounting department and all processes, including daily monitoring of all account receivables and payables. Responsible for all banking duties, including deposits and daily management of $10 million bank credit line for purchasing, as well as all payroll duties. Worked with sales team to help negotiate and determine financing options for customers. Handled the entire credit approval process for customers and set and managed account credit limits. Along with 2 other active partners in the business, served as the HR department. Responsible for interviews and hirings and dismissals for all departments, as well as health insurance for employees and management of PTO.

Co-owner of the company and actively practiced as a commercial real estate broker and Broker in Charge. Represented Sellers/Buyers and Landlords/Tenants for various property types, including retail, office, industrial and vacant land. Developed and invested in retail, office and industrial properties.

Commercial real estate appraiser. Primary focus was retail, office, industrial, residential subdivisions, and vacant land.
