In my first 2 years with Mark Spain Real Estate I was a top buyer agent in the entire company receiving monthly awards and recognition. Once moving to Distinguished Realty I quickly made the cap and was recognized as one of the top 500 producing agents in the upstate. Also being recognized by the builders association of SC at the 9.9 million dollar mark and being invited to the prestigious Spring Gala in April 2025. In the past year alone I have helped navigate the buy and sell process for over 48 clients. My passion for the upstate and serving my clients is my top priority. In my personal life I am mother to 7 children ages 16-24. I served for 5 years on our school board in my home town of Lynden Wa. I was a hairdresser for 25 years which was such a gift. I built strong lasting relationships and it has only benefited my work as a realtor. In the past year I had the pleasure of designing our custom home out in Fountain Inn.
