I was the owner of our coffee shop / cafe. We had indoor seating with drive thru and pick up windows.
My job duties included scheduling my employees, hiring and firing, payroll, taxes, ordering in and tracking inventory, setting up vendors and maintaining great relationships with those vendors. Pulling permits and maintaining them, working to keep us up to date with the city and government changes, rules and regulations.
Being the face of my own businesses I was also extremely involved in the community, facilitating donations and being involved in events to support our community and there for my business, especially anything to do with local youth sports.
