I was the owner of our coffee shop / cafe. We had indoor seating with drive thru and pick up windows.

My job duties included scheduling my employees, hiring and firing, payroll, taxes, ordering in and tracking inventory, setting up vendors and maintaining great relationships with those vendors. Pulling permits and maintaining them, working to keep us up to date with the city and government changes, rules and regulations.

Being the face of my own businesses I was also extremely involved in the community, facilitating donations and being involved in events to support our community and there for my business, especially anything to do with local youth sports.

Customer service, was first and foremost. Setting up and teaching our POS systems, training, setting up menus and price points.

The job as a business owner is truly endless.

I did tons of social media and advertising to promote my business.

I also designed and facilitated the build of my custom coffee trailer and was hands on in the entire process from dream to finish.

I was the owner of our breakfast / brunch restaurant.

My job duties included getting the proper permits, scheduling my employees, hiring and firing front of the house and kitchen staff, payroll, ordering in and tracking inventory, setting up vendors and maintaining great relationships with those vendors. One on one customer interaction. I was also extremely involved in the community, facilitating donations and being involved in events to support our community and there for, my business.

We also had a food truck and tent for this cafe, during this time and well before we had a brick and mortar. Those duties included scheduling events, being the face in the front, taking all the orders, setting those menus and price points and managing extremely large festival crowds. As well as everything listed above.

This job also included tons of social media and advertising management.

HMP was our construction company. My duties here were, payroll, managing the guys on our construction crew, finding jobs for my husband to bid, scheduling and billing, as well as social media and advertising.
