Dear Employer, as an expert RN with hands-on experience in emergency nursing care, I've also worked on med-surgical, neuro, telemetry, ortho, progressive care, trauma care, and clinical decision units. Nursing expertise has also been displayed in correctional facilities where in-depth behavior health/psychiatric experience was gained while working with men and women ages 18yrs and older. Being in tuned and knowledgeable of the latest technology in nursing is a must. Excellent written and oral communication skills with great passion to continue learning to enhance nursing skills is displayed on a daily basis. A major goal is to gain employment within a thriving company that will enhance my nursing experience while allowing me to utilize my skills and nursing knowledge. Currently, I'm enrolled in Walden University’s online family nurse practitioner (FNP) program. The plan is to complete the masters degree program by October 2024. Upon completing the program, I hope to continue working in an acute/urgent care setting, or the emergency department to further enhance all knowledge and skills. In a couple of years, a further plan is to pursue a doctoral degree as a personal accomplishment. An overall goal is to seek a permanent position as a master level nurse within an organization where motivation and ambition are encouraged and rewarded, and such clinical experience and interpersonal skills will be fully utilized. I represent a diligent nursing professional with demonstrated success in emergency patient care, who is agile and responsive to dynamic patient needs and environmental conditions. I am team-oriented and reliable with expert healthcare knowledge, clear verbal and written communication skills, and sound clinical judgment.
