Duties:

• Assist the Athletic Coordinator with the day-to-day needs of athletic programming.
• Oversees, coordinates, and assists with the activities of all rentals and programs at the recreation facility.
• Plan and coordinate athletic programs for three hundred to five hundred children.
• Provides friendly, timely, and responsive customer service.
• Monitors and enforces policies regarding rentals and programs at the facility.

Salary: $16.00 Per Hour

• Maintained accuracy while handling payments, giving change and printing receipts to customers.
• Checked on guests to verify satisfaction with meals and suggested additional items to increase restaurant sales.
• Addressed concerns or complaints quickly to improve service and escalated more advanced issues to management for resolution.
• Completed opening and closing checklists to facilitate smooth restaurant operations.
