  • As the manager, my new responsibilities included hiring, training, and retaining future employees as well as payroll processing, accounts receivables/payables, ordering supplies, auditing inventory, customer relations, forecasting, rate management, inventory control, etc.
  • During my time as manager of the Days Inn we were continually honored as a "Chairman's Award Winning" hotel every year.
